Editor and Journalist Media Council Trust is owned by Trustee of the Trust Kuldeep Sharma, a trust incorporated under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act 1959, with its registered office at Makasar, Ward No. 12, Tehsil and District Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India.


Your use of the Trust's services and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Trust, including applicable policies, which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact with the Trust, you will be subject to the policies that apply to the Trust for such transactions. By sole use of the Editors and Journalists Media Council Trust, you will enter into an agreement with the Trust and these Terms and Conditions, including policies, constitute your binding obligations with the Editors and Journalists Media Council Trust.


For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, "you" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who, by providing registration data at the time of registering as a registered user on the Trust The Editor and Journalist has agreed to be a member on the Media Council Trust. using computer systems. The Editor & Journalist Media Council Trust allows the user to become a member on the Platform and donate without having to register on the Platform. The words "we", "we", "our" shall mean the Editors and Journalists Media Council Trust.


When you use any service provided by us through the Editors and Journalists Media Council Trust, including but not limited to (Members, Officers), you agree to the rules, guidelines and regulations applicable to such service. shall be subject to, policies, terms and conditions, and shall be deemed to be included in this Terms of Use and shall be deemed to be part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior written notice to you. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Platform.

Membership Eligibility


Membership on the Platform is available only to persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incapable of contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including non-exempt insolvent etc., are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e. under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform or access the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent/permission of a parent or legal guardian.


As a minor, if you wish to subscribe or donate on the Platform, such transaction on the Platform may be performed by your legal guardian or parents. If this is brought to the notice of the Editors and Journalists Media Council Trust or it is found that you are under the age of 18 and you are subscribing to or donating to the Platform, the Editors and Journalists Media Council Trust may terminate your membership and/or or reserves the right to refuse to grant you access to the Platform. You must be a citizen of India to be a member of the Editor and Journalist Media Council Trust.


Please note that we keep changing our Terms and Conditions, Privacy, Cancellation and Refund Policies from time to time, so whenever you want to use the service, you must read it carefully. We will not be responsible for any dispute even if you remain unaware
